The ground rules for using this website and ordering from us.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
1. This website is a catalogue, not a shop checkout
Wylspores does not sell through an automated checkout. This website presents our products and lets you assemble a selection. It does not process payments and it does not complete a sale.
Adding items to your cart and pressing Proceed to Checkout does not create an order, reserve stock or commit you to buy anything. It simply prepares a message for you to send us.
2. No prices are published
We deliberately do not display prices. Availability and cost vary with each harvest, with quantity and with your location. Pricing is quoted only in direct conversation over WhatsApp, Telegram or email.
Any price we quote is valid for a reasonable period and for the quantity discussed. We may revise a quote if stock changes before you confirm.
3. How an order is actually formed
The sequence is:
- You send us your selection through WhatsApp or Telegram.
- We confirm availability and quote pricing and delivery.
- You confirm you wish to proceed.
- Payment is arranged and the order is dispatched.
A binding order exists only once we have both confirmed the details and payment has been arranged. Until then either side may walk away with no obligation.
4. Payment
Payment is arranged privately, outside this website. We never ask for card details over chat, and no payment is ever taken on this site. Nothing on this website should be read as suggesting a payment has been completed.
Be alert to fraud: we will only ever contact you from the WhatsApp number, Telegram username and email address published on this site.
5. Delivery
Delivery is arranged case by case, according to where you are and what you have ordered. Timescales we give are estimates in good faith and are not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control.
Where required, you are responsible for any import duties or taxes in your country.
6. Product information and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Mushrooms are a natural product, so size, colour, density and appearance vary between batches and will not always match the photographs exactly. Photographs are illustrative.
7. Health, food safety and claims
Our products are foods and food supplements. They are not medicines. Nothing on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing here is medical advice.
Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you:
- are pregnant or nursing
- are taking prescription medication
- are managing an existing health condition
- are due to undergo surgery
- have any known allergy to fungi
Some people are allergic to mushrooms. Stop use immediately and seek medical advice if you experience any adverse reaction. Keep all products out of reach of children.
8. Grow kits and cultures
Grow kits and cultures are living biological products. Results depend heavily on the conditions you provide, including temperature, humidity, light and hygiene. We cannot guarantee yields. Cultures are supplied for cultivation of the stated gourmet species only, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live.
9. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to order from us.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use this website unlawfully or fraudulently
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to it
- copy our text or photographs for commercial use without permission
- interfere with the operation of the site or overload it
- misrepresent yourself as Wylspores
11. Intellectual property
The Wylspores name, the text on this website and its design belong to us. Some photographs are used under third-party licences; where attribution is required it is recorded in the image credits held with the site assets.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wylspores is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products, including lost profit or lost harvests. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
13. Returns
Because these are perishable food products, returns are handled case by case. If something arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will put it right. Living cultures and opened food products cannot generally be returned for hygiene reasons.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to it.
