Plain language, because you should not need a lawyer to understand this.
Wylspores collects as little information as possible. This website has no user accounts, no payment processing and no tracking or advertising cookies. The short version: we hold almost nothing about you.
1. What we collect
Through this website, essentially nothing. Specifically:
- No account details. There is no registration or login.
- No payment information. No card details are ever entered on this site.
- No delivery or billing address. There is no shipping form.
- No analytics or advertising cookies. We do not track you across the web.
When you contact us on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email, we naturally receive whatever you choose to send: your name or username, your phone number or email address, and the content of your messages.
2. Your cart stays on your device
Your selection is saved in your own browser using a feature called
localStorage. This is stored on your device only. It is never transmitted
to us, and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser data removes it entirely.
We only learn what you are interested in at the moment you choose to send us your order over WhatsApp or Telegram.
3. How we use what you send us
We use the information in your messages solely to:
- Answer your questions
- Confirm availability and quote pricing
- Arrange payment and delivery for an order
- Provide support after an order
We do not add you to a marketing list unless you explicitly ask us to.
4. What we never do
- We never sell your information.
- We never rent or trade your contact details.
- We never share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We never send unsolicited marketing messages.
5. Third-party services
Conversations happen on WhatsApp and Telegram, which are operated by their own companies under their own privacy policies. We would encourage you to read them. This site also loads fonts, icons and the Bootstrap framework from public content delivery networks, which as a technical necessity receive your IP address in order to serve those files.
6. Data retention
Message threads remain in our WhatsApp, Telegram and email accounts as part of the ordinary record of doing business, so that we can help you if you come back with a question. You may ask us to delete your conversation history at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your information
- Withdraw consent for us to contact you
- Object to how we are handling your information

8. Security
We take sensible precautions to protect the information we hold. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive financial details over chat.
9. Children
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be made clear on the website.
